I extended our leftover zucchini, mushroom, chicken breast stew with pinto and red kidney beans. I added a bit of extra salt, reboiled the food and it was ready to be served. Since I didn't have time to cook beans and I didn't have any in the freezer, I used additive free canned bean.

I topped it with caperberry and jalapeno.
