Orange pecan salad

  • 1/2 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 blood orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 purple carrot, washed and sliced into ribbons (with a peeler)
  • 1/2 marinated artichoke, chopped
  • 4-5 pcs mini colourful tomato
  • 3-4 pcs pecan, chopped
  • 1 big pinch of alfalfa sprout
  • 1 big handful of arugula

 

Chop everything, throw them into a bowl, drizzle 1-2 tsp marinating oil from the artichoke (hopefully it's olive oil) and you can eat. Enjoy!
