  • 1 medium head onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 big head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 pcs chicken breast, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Sautee the peeled and chopped onion on low heat.
  • Add the chopped cabbage and chicken breast.
  • Add the salt and spices, cook it under cover, while the meat gets cooked through.
  • I had it with capers, paprika cream and quinoa-brown rice mix.
